Cancellation Policy
- For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded that is the 30% payment of the entire booking and in short stay reservations at least the cost of the first two nights.
- For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded and there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
- In case of non show or arrival after the arranged date or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the rest days of the booking.
Notes
- Additional GOVERMENT TAX of 3,00 euro PER NIGHT should be paid in cash before departure
- 12h Room Service - Turndown (upon request).
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:30 and is extra paid 10€ per person.
- Early Breakfast - Breakfast basket - Breakfast in bedroom upon request.
- Check-in: 14:00 Check-out: 12:00 - Late Check-out, at 18:00, (if possible) is charged with 50% of the normal rate
